What You Will Do:

  • As part of the Public Sector Financial Services Account Leadership team, identify, document, and manage specific digital opportunities for Guidehouse to solve issues and meet requirements for our clients.
  • Actively refine opportunities into digital solutions for the client by deeply understanding the history and the future needs of the account and use that understanding to refine broad Guidehouse solutions into solutions tailored for the specific requirements and issues of the client.
  • Leverage and further develop your personal network at the account to make the client aware of the digital solutions we develop, lead the delivery of those solutions when we win the work, and ensure that the clients' needs are exceeded consistently.
  • Develop opportunities and manage client delivery in a way that ensures appropriate profitability of our engagements and facilitates the growth of our account.
  • Leverage your personal network in the acquisition of talent for client opportunities and engagements, manage personnel working in the account to identify career paths for staff, and grow their specific expertise.
  • Lead or participate in thought leadership and industry events that positively contribute to the clients' perception of your personal capabilities and of Guidehouse's capabilities related to the account's requirements and issues.


What You Will Need:

  • Deep domain knowledge of federal agencies in the education space, with a clear understanding of issues faced by these clients and nuances of the requirements that they request be fulfilled.
  • An existing personal network with individuals working at federal agencies adjacent to education, contractors working within this space, or stakeholders in public sector financial services.
  • An understanding of the organizations currently contracted to perform work with federal agencies in the public sector financial services industry, for consideration as both potential competitors or teaming partners.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10+ years relevant experience in consulting, federal contracting and/or federal government.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Leadership or participation in organizations that would be positively recognized by federal agency staff.
  • Currently cleared to work within federal government.
  • Certifications related to project management and/or digital capabilities.
