Project Role : Technology OpS Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Role & Responsibilities: Experience Required – 7+ years of core network experience. Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Wireless Access Points, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Meraki appliance, Cisco Routers, Switches and SD-WAN. Responsible for technical evaluation, Change Implementation, problem solving and turn-up of the service. Engage with customers to gather detailed information about incidents and service requests, ensuring a clear understanding of their concerns and requirements. Should have good demonstrative skills of handling client communications • Plan, design, and deploy Cisco wireless solutions, including Cisco DNA, Cisco WLC, and access points, ensuring optimal coverage and performance. • Knowledge of wireless standards like 802.11a/b/g/n/ac. Must have experience on installing, configuring, and maintaining wireless network equipment and wireless network management. • Implement and manage wireless security measures, including WPA3, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and guest access solutions • Level 2/3 support for Maintenance and troubleshooting of Cisco Wireless devices. • Need to diagnose problems and troubleshoot the entire Cisco Wireless product line, including wireless access points, Wireless Controllers, strong understanding of WLAN Security in the areas of authentication, encryption, IDS/IPS using Radius, AAA authentication, EAP, LEAP, PEAP, PSK etc. • Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco ISE solutions to manage network access control across wired and wireless networks. • Perform day-to-day administration of Cisco ISE, including policy configuration, certificate management, and system updates. • Work closely with the network Engineering team to integrate ISE with VPN solutions, ensuring secure remote access for employees while enforcing proper policies and authentication methods. • Utilize Cisco DNA capabilities to automate network provisioning, policy management, and assurance processes, improving operational efficiency. • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and best practices related to Cisco DNA Center. • Work with security teams to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities associated with access control, network segmentation, and authentication protocols used within the ISE environment. • Must have extensive working experience with IP routing protocol such as OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS and BGP and other technologies such as VRF/IPSec/NAT/Policy Routing. • Must have experience in configuring and troubleshooting various Switching protocols which includes VTP, STP, RSTP, PVST, MSTP. • Must have working experience in monitoring and managing VeloCloud SD-WAN performance, including troubleshooting issues.
