Who are we?

Trimble is an industrial technology company concentrated on helping the world work better.

Our technology enables connection between different participants, limits manual and repetitive work, automates and makes processes more efficient. We provide devices and software for various industries - geospatial, architecture, civil engineering, construction, agriculture, forestry, transportation and logistics.

Our EMEA Talent Attraction team, which you would become part of, is a distributed team with colleagues from different countries in Europe, sourcing and recruiting for various parts of our company.

What would be your challenge?

Stakeholder Management

  • Be a strategic partner for the business, knowing the ins and outs of their department and understand their hiring needs
  • Based on job specification, create job advertisement and interview plan, provide guidance and coaching in interviewing where needed

E2E Recruitment Processes

  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout recruiting process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation

  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects across the EMEA region for internal and external recruitment processes

  • Stay active with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements

Employer Branding

  •  Actively support employer branding initiatives and projects across the EMEA region, including social media promotion, job fairs, industry fairs, and events

Teamwork

  • Our team spirit is very important for us. We all have our individual responsibilities, but the best result for the company we can only bring if we work great as a team. Collaborate and build relationships with your colleagues, help where needed, share and recommend candidates. Share your knowledge and support our professional development

Administrative Tasks

  • In compliance with GDPR, you will track the entire candidate journey in our ATS, maintaining candidate records, scheduling interviews, sharing updates with hiring managers, and managing all candidate communications within the system

What do you bring to the team?

Purpose Oriented. Our mission is to bring the best possible talent to our company, to create great candidate experience and to find the right person for the right team.

Experience. We prefer candidates with 5+ years of recruitment experience in an international setting, managing end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse areas and levels. We work in Eightfold and Workday, so knowledge of either tool would be an asset.

Collaboration. Our purpose is to be a sparring partner for the business, we expect from candidates an experience in forming good relationships with stakeholders, proactivity and preparing mitigation plans in case of any challenges.

International mindset. You speak English and preferably other languages and you enjoy working in a diverse environment,  you would be responsible for the EMEA market, and collaborate with colleagues across the world in case of additional global projects.

Data Driven. We are taking care of preparing reports for the business, and updating the databases and our systems. Being attentive and focused on numbers and KPIs is extremely  important in our daily work.

Our Inclusiveness Commitment

We believe in celebrating our differences. That is why our diversity is our strength. To us, that means actively participating in opportunities to be inclusive. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion have guided our current success while also moving our desire to improve. We actively seek to add members to our community who represent our customers and the places we live and work.
