职位描述: 

负责订单处理,跟踪。与各职能部门沟通完成订单交付。 

1.负责客户或销售的订单录入,及时有效的与销售、物流沟通订单信息 

2.与代理商,物流部(第三方),计划部等相关部门合作跟踪货物的交付(缺货到货),物流等情况 

3.公司安排的其他与客服相关的工作 

职位要求: 

1.熟练使用电脑办公软件Excel等,曾用过SAP为佳 

2.一年以上物流或客服工作经验,应届生也即可 

3.普通话流利优先 

4.愿意承受较大的工作强度,善于沟通,协调能力强
