负责订单处理，跟踪。与各职能部门沟通完成订单交付。 

1.负责客户或销售的订单录入，及时有效的与销售、物流沟通订单信息 

2.与代理商，物流部（第三方），计划部等相关部门合作跟踪货物的交付（缺货到货），物流等情况 

3.公司安排的其他与客服相关的工作 

职位要求： 

1.熟练使用电脑办公软件Excel等，曾用过SAP为佳 

2.一年以上物流或客服工作经验，应届生也即可 

3.普通话流利优先 

4.愿意承受较大的工作强度，善于沟通，协调能力强
