Role and Responsibilities

Position Summary

  • Responsible for leading and overseeing the SEA Packaging Business Innovation Group for HHP & Tablet, accessory products, Postponement (PPM) Production Planning, and Process Engineering.
  • Responsible for reviewing business and financial proposals and activities to manage and support the MPC (Mobile Production Center) Division’s Packaging operations including contract management, investment proposals, and expense related administrative support to drive const efficiency operation
  • Sponsor approaches that encourage efficiency, from developing and/or enhancing processes to implementing systems and structures with the goal of driving synergies and building strategies

Role & Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead regular C-level executive reporting and strategic sessions.
  • Perform strategic planning and lead leadership presentations for decision-making.
  • Review investment proposals and periodic performance/financial reports to set team strategies and goals.

Technology & Automation

  • Lead technology and automation development, including AI-driven tools for futuristic operations.

Team Management

  • Develop, lead, and manage a team of 9 members.

Production Planning & Execution

  • Develop daily and periodic production plans, managing results/performance.
  • Create a 10–12-week weekly production plan aligned with sales operations, including labor leveling to minimize turnover.
  • Plan goods receipt, production, and ship-out for new model launches.
  • Make daily/weekly production decisions for HHP, tablets, accessories, and PPM operations, including overtime scheduling.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate with HQ GOC, SEA Sales/SCM/Logistics teams to manage schedules and processes.
  • Manage expanded packaging operations, including manufacturing postponement (PPM) for carrier-specific bulk conversions.

Cost Efficiency & Financial Management

  • Identify and drive cost efficiency and reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare cost analysis, budgets, and project plans; monitor performance against objectives.
  • Negotiate, develop, and administer contracts and agreements.
  • Approve PUMI, purchase orders, operational expenses, contracts, and investments.

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure stable packaging operations by balancing production capacity with sales demands.
