What You'll Do

• Develop and complete comprehensive web and digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
• Manage and optimize our website to ensure an outstanding user experience, driving engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement digital initiatives.
• Analyze and report on web and digital performance metrics, offering actionable insights to improve our strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Coordinate content creation and ensure it strictly adheres to our brand guidelines and messaging.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to expand our digital reach and capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and guidelines to keep our digital strategies competitive and innovative.
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Ensure all web and digital activities align with relevant regulations and standards.

What We're Looking For

• 7 years of marketing experience or related field
• 5+ years of experience in web and digital marketing, demonstrating a consistent record of achievement.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with web analytics tools and content management systems.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience (nice-to-have).
• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry (nice-to-have).

Pay Range

$104,977 - $194,958 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
