Markets Operations at Citi has embarked on a significant, multi-year transformation covering all aspects of designing and delivering a future state target operating model: risk and controls, regulatory compliance, process re-engineering, automation, people and culture, data transformation, technology investment and client service. This is a large and complex undertaking.
The Markets Operations Transformation team has been formed to support stakeholders both within Operations and across the bank, to design and deliver this multi-year transformation roadmap. Our transformation is underpinned by strategy, investment, change execution and a market-leading operations change delivery team focusing on programme and project management, business analysis, process re-engineering, low code application development and PMO.
Role Overview:
The Global Head of FX is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of the Global FX Middle Office team in an effort to process orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of securities and derivatives transactions.
The Global Head of FX will oversee global teams managing this function, focused on driving consistency, efficiency and ensuring the teams have effective risk management and regulatory processes in place. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in financial markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team across different time zones.
The Sec & Derivatives Sr Grp Mgr is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of the Global Rates Middle Office and Corporate Treasury Operations team in an effort to process orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of securities and derivatives transactions.
The Global FICC Structured Middle Office manager will oversee global teams managing these FICC Structured Note functions focused on driving consistency, efficiency and ensuring the teams have effective risk management and regulatory processes in place. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in financial markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team across different time zones.
