Drive business growth by leading impactful omnichannel commercial activation strategies, enhancing brand presence, customer engagement and maximizing campaign effectiveness.
Commercial and seasonal campaign multichannel strategy:
Develop and execute multichannel activation strategies for key commercial events (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), driving a measurable increase in GMV and traffic across physical and digital channels. Ensure consistent messaging and effective segmentation across all touchpoints.
Lead ATL, BTL, and social media strategy:
Implement integrated ATL and BTL campaigns to enhance Addi’s brand positioning and drive usage. Develop and execute social media strategies with innovative content and paid campaigns to maximize reach.
New allies launch plan:
Create and execute launch plans for new ally brands, ensuring effective positioning and demand generation. Measure and optimize launch performance to maximize sales impact.
Demand generation:
Develop trade marketing strategies and in-store activations to increase conversion and usage. Ensure timely and consistent POP material deployment.
Incentive plan for allies’ commercial team or store users:
Design and implement measurable incentive programs for store users and promoters to drive Addi usage. Define and track KPIs to assess program effectiveness.
Commercial Activation and Trade Marketing Expertise:
7+ years of experience in commercial activation, seasonal campaigns, and trade marketing (retail or financial services).
Experience in B2B2C environments with multiple allies.
Expertise in multichannel activation strategies.
Expertise in ATL, BTL, and digital strategy integration.
Expertise in POP materials and in-store visibility.
Demand Generation and Incentive Strategy:
Proven track record in incentive plan implementation.
Ability to design and optimize demand generation strategies.
Leadership and Vendor Management:
Experience leading trade marketing and digital marketing teams (specifically social media).
Ability to manage external vendors and agencies.
Analytical and Results-Driven Skills:
Ability to define KPIs like GMV and analyze campaign performance.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (MMM, Nielsen Attribution, Google Data-Driven Attribution).

Step 5: Co-Founder Interview
If there’s a strong match, you’ll have a final conversation with our Founder to align on expectations, cultural fit and ensure mutual excitement. From there, we’ll move quickly to an offer and discuss next steps.
