HP Worldwide Additive Manufacturing Financial Analyst

Description -

Job Summary:

  • This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to HP Additive Manufacturing (AM) (3D) business, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed and builds productive relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage worldwide P&L for HPAM with end to end responsibilities.

  • Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives (Supply Chain, OPEX or Warranty).

  • Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.

  • Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.

  • Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.

  • Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.

  • Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation.

  • Represents the business unit during or cross-functional planning processes.

  • Represents the organization to external customers and clients.

  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.


Education & Experience Recommended:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 5 -7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.


Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) could be an asset

  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) could be an asset
