Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the software solutions meet the intended requirements and quality standards. The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts plans to deliver effective and efficient applications that support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Document application design and configuration details to support future maintenance and upgrades.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Experience with customizing SharePoint Online sites, workflows, and web parts to enhance user experience.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Ability to develop and deploy SharePoint Framework solutions using modern web technologies.
- Familiarity with integrating SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing SharePoint Online performance and security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
