We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our human resources strategies with our business objectives. Position Purpose: As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and solutions to drive organizational effectiveness. Your expertise in strategic workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations will be critical in achieving our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with laws and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and provide insights on workforce trends.
  • Organizational Development: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with all laws and regulations, proactively managing risk.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion DEI initiatives, fostering a culture of belonging.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Support the administration and management of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Leadership Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and development training to managers and leaders.
  • Supervision and Development: Manage and mentor direct reports, providing guidance and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HRBP or HR management role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in change management and leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to integrate HR strategies with business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in leadership development and succession planning.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data analytics.
