【主な職務内容（Responsibilities）】
日本と海外拠点の橋渡しとなり、プロジェクトを技術面から成功に導きます。

◎顧客テクニカルインターフェース

• 顧客との技術議論を主導し、標準ソリューションの提案・促進を行う。
• 車両テストやベンチテストに立ち会い、現場での技術課題の特定と解決をサポート。

◎グローバル・コミュニケーションの最適化

• 国内チームと海外設計センター（仏山・カイロ・武漢など）の連携を円滑にし、認識の齟齬を解消。

◎要件定義・調整（Requirements Management）

• 顧客要求と標準仕様のギャップを分析し、実現可能な落とし所をエンジニアリング視点で調整。

◎進捗・変更管理のサポート

• 顧客からの変更要求をプロジェクトマネージャーへ正確にフィードバックし、計画の整合性を図る。

◎システム検証・品質保証

• 実車を用いたナイトドライブ（夜間走行テスト）への参加、および不具合の再現確認・解析。
• ソフトウェア・システム設計のレビューを通じた問題解決。

【応募資格（Requirements）】
言語能力： 

• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（海外エンジニアおよび国内顧客と円滑に交渉できること）
• 日本語：日常会話レベル

技術スキル：

• 組み込みソフトウェア開発の知識（C言語）
• ソフトウェアアーキテクチャおよびシステム設計の理解
• ASPICEプロセスに関する知識

経験：

5年以上の実務経験（自動車業界での経験者、特にADASやライティング関連、ECU経験者は大歓迎）

【Division and Products】
Valeo Japan is composed of four divisions:

　１）Power Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

　２）Brain Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and reimagine interior experiences.

　３）Light Division ： Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere.

　４）Valeo Service Division ： Provides after-sales services for all products from Divisions 1～3.

This position is within the Light Division.

【Main Responsibilities】
Serve as the bridge between Japan and overseas sites, guiding projects to technical success.

◎Customer Technical Interface

• Lead technical discussions with customers, proposing and promoting standard solutions.
• Attend vehicle and bench tests, supporting the identification and resolution of technical issues on-site.

◎Optimization of Global Communication

• Facilitate smooth collaboration between the domestic team and overseas design centers (e.g., Foshan, Cairo, Wuhan), resolving misunderstandings.

◎Requirements Management and Adjustment

• Analyze the gap between customer requirements and standard specifications, adjusting feasible solutions from an engineering perspective.

◎Support for Progress and Change Management

• Accurately feedback change requests from customers to the Project Manager, ensuring plan alignment.

◎System Verification and Quality Assurance

• Participate in night drives (nighttime driving tests) using actual vehicles, and verify/analyze the reproduction of defects.
• Resolve issues through reviewing software and system designs.

【Attraction of the Position】
This position serves as the "Technical Command Center," connecting leading Japanese OEM with Valeo Group's world-leading overseas design centers (in China, Egypt, etc.).

It is a highly exciting role, moving beyond simple translation or communication, where you can deeply engage in cutting-edge lighting systems and ECU development, from technical proposal to defect resolution.

【Requirements】
Language Proficiency: 

• English: Business level or higher (Capable of smoothly negotiating with overseas engineers and domestic clients)
• Japanese: Conversational level

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of embedded software development (C language).
• Understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Knowledge of ASPICE processes.

Experience:

5+ years of practical experience (Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable, especially in ADAS, lighting, or ECU).

• Someone who can patiently coordinate among stakeholders regarding complex technical challenges.
• Someone who enjoys a multicultural environment and is comfortable with remote collaboration with overseas sites.
• Someone who wants to work in an environment close to the field, such as testing on actual vehicles or benches, not just desk-based design.
