DXR Portfolio Manager

In this role, you are responsible for the global DXR product and program roadmap in line with DXR business strategy and planning. You will lead the definition of the Global DXR program roadmap, resource planning & prioritization of overall programs and strategic programs at business level across all DXR.

In this role, you will be part of DXR Business Program Office (BPO) and directly report to the Global BPO Leader. Furthermore, you will be an essential partner for DXR Management Team and will have significant exposure on Senior Leadership Level in Philips Business Cluster Diagnostic Imaging (DI) and beyond as well.

Your Role:

• Translate the five year business strategy based on DXR Strategic Plan of Record (SPOR) and DXR Annual Operating Plan (AOP) into an executable roadmap
• Create a holistic roadmap consisting of projects (PDLM, MLD) and programs for
  • new product development
  • product upgrades
  • strategic and corporate initiatives
  • advanced development and platform development programs
  • product lifecycle management
• Manage the roadmap (Integrated Program Plan, IPP)
  • across all DXR sites – Hamburg, Pune, Bangalore, Best and Suzhou
  • across all business functions and
  • interfacing with external stakeholders such as corporate teams.

• Drive priority setting and definition of project/program sequence based on the business objectives and priorities
• Collaborate with relevant functions – mainly product marketing and customer service – to create meaningful business cases for decision making
• Act as main interface connecting the Product Development Projects and Platform development programs.
• Drive, capture and maintain portfolio decisions and own the Portfolio Decision Database.
• Define product release roadmap for the full portfolio and define the “release for external talk and commit” for the roadmap to external partners such as market/sales organizations or customers.
• Create transparency for DXR Management (MT) on project and program portfolio status, drive required escalations and MT decision making

You are the right fit:

• Master's degree in a Marketing, Engineering or Management discipline.
• 10+ years of experience within Management domain
• 10+ years of experience in a Senior Business, Portfolio or Program Management role
• Proven track record of successfully managing a full business program portfolio accounting for about 200 to 500 M€ annual business value
• Deep understanding of healthcare business model.
• Extensive experience in navigating corporate level matrix-organization in intercultural and interdisciplinary environment.
• Expertise in product realization strategies and healthcare related Quality Management Systems is a plus
• Project management tools & skills is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, influential leadership skills, business demeanor and business driven decision-making, excellent communication skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Strong analytical skills and assertiveness

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office-based role.
