The Opportunity:
As the Head of Enterprise Sales LATAM, you will have an outstanding opportunity to lead Adobe in revolutionizing the digital landscape across the region. This role plays a pivotal role in driving Adobe's growth and accelerating our presence in LATAM. You will lead a motivated and dynamic sales team, dedicated to achieving outstanding outcomes and delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the LATAM region, in alignment with Adobe's global vision for Digital Experience.
• Encourage and motivate an outstanding regional sales team, encouraging a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and growing market share through flawless customer engagement and strategic account management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, professional services, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless and remarkable customer experience.
• Foster relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across industries to position Adobe as a proven partner in digital transformation.
• Analyze sales performance data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and successfully implement necessary adjustments.
• Embrace Adobe’s values of Building the Future, Being Genuine, Owning the Outcome, and Setting a Higher Standard, and incorporate them into the sales approach.
What You Need to Succeed:
• Proven experience leading large, successful sales organizations in a technology or enterprise software environment, preferably in the digital experience or SaaS space.
• Strong knowledge of the LATAM market, including cultural nuances, business practices, and economic conditions.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to encourage and develop a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to collaborate
effectively with global collaborators.
• Analytical approach with experience using data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required, Spanish is desired.
