Ensemble Travel Group is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Analytics & Business Insights team. This opportunity is ideal for an analytics practitioner who combines technical expertise with business acumen to deliver actionable insights and drive meaningful change.

 

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Drive data and insights decentralization by developing new and maintaining existing Power BI dashboards.
  • Analyze data and leverage your business acumen to distill actionable insights, contributing to the creation of data-driven strategies across all revenue streams.
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand key business questions and proactively design analyses that effectively address and solve for those needs.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to refine data pipelines and improve overall data architecture.
  • Contribute to driving user adoption of the company’s proprietary technology platform through segmentation strategies and customized approaches.
  • Devise creative solutions to address data quality issues and improve data collection processes.
  • Support revenue management effort by identifying opportunities to achieve partner goals, and in turn, maximize Ensemble payouts
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement effective measurement strategies that assess campaign performance and ROI
  • Automate processes and suggest tools or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Actively contribute to developing, sharing, and implementing best practices across teams.
  • Manage analytics projects with some coaching, including defining scope, objectives, measurement strategies, and communication plans.

 

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A curious mind and ownership mentality
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in analytics
  • Proficiency in Power BI (mandatory) and other data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience translating business needs into actionable data insights.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
