Position Responsibilities:

  • Support Operations Transformation Projects with close collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as Operations Business Teams, IT, channels and risk stewards, as well as external stakeholders/ vendors to drive project delivery.

  • Support management reporting to share timely updates with senior leaders, and offer recommendations.

  • Facilitate problem solving and remedial action by collaborating with internal stakeholders.

  • Analyze data, communicate findings to management, and offer recommendations

  • Trouble shoot and/or assist in problem resolution of complex issues

  • Manage the document and procedure library, ensuring that procedures and job aids are accurate, up to date.

  • Coordinate and facilitate post implementation project reviews as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in business project/ program management related roles within financial industry

  • Bachelor’s degree required, multi-lingual abilities – English, Mandarin and Cantonese are a must while another Asian language would be highly desirable. 

  • Proven ability to manage projects and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders across various functions and regions.

  • Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management skills and agile knowledge or qualifications (e.g. PMP, PSM or Lean Six Sigma) are preferred
