The Manager, Global Threat Analysis Center (GTAC) & Hyderabad Security Operations manages the day-to-day operations of the 24/7 Global Threat Analysis Center (GTAC) as well as Security Operations in Hyderabad, India. This position is responsible for supervision of 6 GTAC Analysts as well as the Contract Security Staff assigned to the Hyderabad, India building. This position assures that all GTAC Analysts and Contract Security positions are staffed with qualified personnel and that all operations are conducted in line with established policies and procedures under the supervision of the Sr. Director, Security Intelligence & Investigations and in coordination with the Director of Security, APAC region. When needed, this position will also perform back-up support duties of a GTAC Analyst and is responsible for the collection and interpretation of multi-source domestic and international data in support of our company’s personnel worldwide. The duties include monitoring intelligence information for the safety and security of employees, facilities, and property worldwide. Using an assortment of tools from various intelligence sources, open-source media, internet, and in-house tools, is required to detect, assess, and alert others regarding any adverse conditions affecting the company and its employees. This position requires extreme attention to detail utilizing email, websites, internet-based tools, television, and other sources of media.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Supervising, recruiting, and training Global Threat Analysis Center (GTAC) Analysts and Hyderabad Office Security Operations staff.
  • Evaluate the performance of security staff, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to improve security operations.
  • Performs back-up duties of a GTAC Analyst

Qualifications & Experience…

Required:

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and respond to security threats and incidents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of security standards and best practices including physical security systems and open-source intelligence monitoring, searching, and tools.
  • Must be willing to work on a shift schedule (including weekends, holidays, and non-business hours) and have flexible availability. This includes the ability to work an extended schedule during crisis periods and remain on duty until properly relieved.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in a relevant course of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing Security Operations, preferably including a Security Operations Center type environment.
