We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join the LATAM marketing team as a full time Marketing ABM (Associate Brand Manager). The role is a key partner to the Communications/PR, Creative, Digital/Media and Brand teams and will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, LATAM. The role is based in our Brazil Headquarters in São Paulo.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for the LATAM region, focusing on enhancing brand presence and engagement across key markets.

  • Support the marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and capturing key insights.

  • Work alongside global marketing, PR, legal, eCommerce, and creative teams, as well as external agencies, to support the implementation of integrated marketing programs.

  • Contribute ideas for new social media campaigns that drive engagement and resonate with the target audience.

  • Monitor emerging trends and current events to identify opportunities for the KAYAK brand to join relevant conversations within the social media landscape.

  • Manage the monthly content calendar to ensure consistent and impactful organic social media presence, tying in hyper-local events and promotions.

  • Provide support for media buys across channels, including assisting with media negotiation and optimization, offering feedback on creative execution, trafficking campaigns and supporting post-campaign analysis to enhance performance.

  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Please apply if:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other related fields.

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, social media, advertising, or content marketing, ideally within a top agency or for a leading consumer brand.

  • Experience in community management and digital engagement is a plus.

  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Meltwater, Hootsuite, Sprinklr) and familiar with creative software like Photoshop and stock image databases (e.g., Shutterstock, iStock).

  • A creative and proactive self-starter with a deep understanding of cultural events and tech trends.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong presentation ability.

  • Highly analytical and comfortable working in data-driven environments; skilled in finding opportunities and threats in content marketing.

  • Strong project management abilities; organized, adept at meeting tight deadlines, and capable of fostering teamwork and collaboration.

  • Passionate about and knowledgeable in marketing, advertising, social media, digital, and content marketing strategies.

  • Interest and experience in travel and technology are highly desirable.

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish language skills are an advantage.
