Signify Health is seeking a dedicated support supervisor to join our Clinician Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic Clinician Support team and make a positive impact on our clinician experience. This role requires strong leadership abilities, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

The Clinician Support team serves as the primary resource for resolving service delivery challenges, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for both members and clinicians.
About the Role:
The Clinician Support Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving continuous improvement in our support processes. You will play a key role in enhancing the clinician experience while fostering a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of clinician support coordinators
Monitor team performance metrics and conduct regular performance coaching
Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies for performance enhancements
Create and interpret report data to identify trends and outliers
Handle escalations and provide coaching to the team on resolving challenging situations efficiently while ensuring a high level of clinician satisfaction
Facilitate communication between leadership, employees, and other departments to ensure alignment on clinician support expectations
Ensure Coordination with Tier 2 support leadership
Respond to inquiries from Clinician Support and other departments
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by direct reports
Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documents are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible, which involves creating, reviewing, updating, and distributing them.
Ability to work overtime, weekends and on call
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years professional experience with 3+ years of support experience, preferably within a Healthcare Organization or Operations function
Strong understanding of support principles and practices
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven track record of timely and accurately completing assigned tasks
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Advanced skills in MS Office or Google Suite; specifically MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. Adept with technology.
Advanced skills in Salesforce and Five9
Ability to travel up to 10% (if not located in the DFW Metro)

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
