Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing automation scripts using Python, Ansible, or similar tools for network configuration and operations
  • Support the automation of network tasks such as device configuration (routing and switching), provisioning, monitoring, and dashboard reporting (e.g., Power BI)
  • Help integrate network automation into CI/CD pipelines and workflows under guidance
  • Participate in team discussions, design reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions
  • Learn and apply network automation best practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), version control (Git), and API integrations

Qualifications:

  • Currently taking up bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related courses
  • Enrolled in an internship program under an MBPS Campus Partner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching
  • Familiarity with Python scripting, Ansible, or similar automation tools
  • Exposure to REST APIs, Linux environments, and Git is preferred
  • Foundational knowledge of CCNA-level networking concepts is an advantage
