WHO WE ARE

We are a specialized Contracts and Tender Management team responsible for the full lifecycle of commercial contracts and competitive tenders across consumables, equipment, and service portfolios. We partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, and Legal to ensure accurate, compliant, and strategically aligned RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and contract executions. Our work supports the organization’s commercial objectives through strong governance, risk assessment, and operational rigor, ensuring that every contract and tender is delivered to the highest standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead end‑to‑end contract and tender management, including resigns, renewals, competitive tenders, and lifecycle maintenance for consumables, equipment, and service portfolios.
  • Oversee strategy, risk assessment, pricing structures, documentation, and submission processes for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Manage the Contract Calendar and tender pipeline, ensuring compliance with SOPs/BOPs, approval workflows, audit requirements, and internal controls (including SOX).
  • Develop, review, and negotiate contractual terms, amendments, redlines, pricing exhibits, and rebate structures in alignment with Canadian procurement regulations.
  • Direct contract implementation activities including eligibility validation, pricing activation, amendments, reporting, and revenue‑protection processes.
  • Manage data, reporting, and systems (e.g., BI tools, contract repositories, JDE/BAM), including monthly contract status reporting and backorder reimbursement programs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, plus a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in contract management, pricing administration, or RFP/RFQ/RFI/tender management; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience developing, redlining, and negotiating contractual and commercial terms with procurement entities, GPOs/SSOs, and health authorities.
  • Knowledge of Canadian procurement frameworks, including BPSAA, NWPTA, CFTA, and Québec procurement legislation and civil law considerations.
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle processes, pricing structures, rebate models, eligibility management, and related documentation requirements.
  • Experience with ERP/BI/workflow systems (JDE, Cognos, CLM tools), along with advanced Excel capability and familiarity with compliance frameworks (including SOX).
