What you will do:

  • Complete full cycle recruitment including developing job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, making recommendations to hiring leaders and onboarding new employees.

  • Complete effective recruiting support, plans and processes to attract professional, technical and management level talent.

  • Conduct intake calls with hiring leaders to understand requirements and accurately target and screen applicants.

  • Apply different social media and technology platforms to share content and promote Enbridge as an employer of choice.

  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates, particularly through professional social media channels to promote employment opportunities at Enbridge.

  • Optimize efficiency of the recruitment process by making recommendations and implementing improvements.

Who you are:

Required:

  • Post-secondary education equivalent to a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Proficient understanding of total compensation and how it relates to the candidate offer negotiation phase.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion.

  • High degree of flexibility is required to adapt to multiple and competing priorities.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced vibrant environment with complex hiring processes considered an asset.

  • Workday experience highly desired.
