Complete full cycle recruitment including developing job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, making recommendations to hiring leaders and onboarding new employees.
Complete effective recruiting support, plans and processes to attract professional, technical and management level talent.
Conduct intake calls with hiring leaders to understand requirements and accurately target and screen applicants.
Apply different social media and technology platforms to share content and promote Enbridge as an employer of choice.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates, particularly through professional social media channels to promote employment opportunities at Enbridge.
Optimize efficiency of the recruitment process by making recommendations and implementing improvements.
Post-secondary education equivalent to a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Proficient understanding of total compensation and how it relates to the candidate offer negotiation phase.
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion.
High degree of flexibility is required to adapt to multiple and competing priorities.
Previous experience working within a fast-paced vibrant environment with complex hiring processes considered an asset.
Workday experience highly desired.
