We are seeking a Vice President to report directly to the Head of Data Analytics & Innovation Strategy. This individual will support the execution of our data and AI strategy within Wealth Management. This individual will establish strong working relationships with business leaders and functional partners across to become a trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile & Process Re-engineering: Support agile squads, ensuring streamlined execution and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Execution & Governance: Support budgets, milestones, and measurable deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Data & AI Strategy Execution: Support the execution of key initiatives, including Gen AI, cloud-based architecture, business intelligence, and the Next Best Action platform.
• Data Monetization and Innovation: Analyze, develop, and support pragmatic and actionable strategies to unlock accretive value from data assets while evaluating emerging technologies for business impact.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience in financial services (wealth management preferred), strategy and/or management consulting.
• BA/BS required; MBA preferred. Outstanding academic and employment performance
• Knowledge of Data, Machine learning, GenAI, Agile is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, influence and written/verbal communications skills including proficiency in excel, power point and story-telling through videos.   
• Focused attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in work product
• Intellectually curious and motivated to deeply understand needs and perceptions of business stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, highly adaptive and able to work well in a demanding environment.
• Collaborative partner and teammate focused on franchise-level results.
• Contributes to a positive work environment; shares knowledge and supports diversity.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
