Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all products, technology, discovery and design work.

As a Sr Manager Product Ops Analytics in Roundel, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment to be part of the process of ideating and building products that enable the most exciting capabilities in the Adtech space and solving at scale for some of the most complex problems in Retail Media Network by using data.  You will lead, mentor and develop a team of product ops analysts fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Product Ops analysts are responsible for monitoring, validating and generating product insights by interpreting data and analyzing results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques. They also build various automated product dashboards to keep track of the relevant product metrics. As the leader of this team of high performing analysts, you will have to coach and guide them to grow in their role and be able to give them directions to do their job effectively. You will have to partner with cross-functional teams and be able to effectively prioritize the various product analytics needs of these teams.

You will also play the role of Product Analytics captain for global Rondel Product team, evangelizing the product analytics job function across Roundel Products and bringing in consistency and efficiency on how Product OKR’s and dashboards are built and managed across the various Roundel teams using data and analytics practices.

You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

About you:

  • Four-year degree with 8 -12 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong Problem solving skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in managing high scale data

  • Strong knowledge of statistical applications and methods

  • Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
