Summary As a Functional Consultant specializing in Customer, Moves In/out,Call Center within Oracle Utilities applications, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and configuring the CC&B system to support credit and payment processes. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: -Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to credit management and payment processing. -Design and document functional solutions that address business needs, ensuring alignment with CC&B capabilities. -Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate solutions and gather feedback -Configure CC&B modules related to credit and payments, including credit scoring, payment arrangements, and collections processes. -Collaborate with technical teams to implement and test configurations, ensuring system stability and performance. -Develop and maintain functional documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals -Develop test plans and scenarios to validate credit and payment functionalities. -Execute functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT), addressing any issues or defects identified. -Ensure that solutions meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. -Provide ongoing support for credit and payment processes, addressing user inquiries and system issues. -Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. -Stay updated with industry trends and Oracle Utilities product updates to inform solution improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in configuring CC&B modules related to credit scoring, payment arrangements, and collections. -Experience with system testing, including developing test plans and executing test cases. -Experience with Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) and Meter Data Management (MDM) systems. -Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). -Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information -Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle CC&B, with a focus on credit and payment functionalities. -Minimum 15 years of full-time education Degree in Engineering will be a plus
