We are seeking to appoint a full-time Store Manager, for an immediate start, who is driven by the desire to contribute their unique and proven management ability and passion for service, to make a real difference!

Our ideal candidate

• Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy.

• Creative individual with a flair for fashion

• Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded

• Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement

• Confident in leading, training and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with District Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories

• Track store’s performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily

• Demonstrates strong business acumen through understanding organisational objectives

• Manage training process for new hires and current employees

• Demonstrate effective execution of all performance management tools

• Recruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for positions underneath hierarchy

• Responsible for leading and executing floor changes, sales and promotional events timely and effectively

• Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures

• Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed

• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with District Manager on elevated consumer issues.
