Team Overview: The Marketing Operations organization is responsible for marketing execution, channel delivery and marketing technology in support of the Consumer Bank’s marketing efforts; inclusive of Branded Cards, Retail Bank, Retail Services, Mortgage and Wealth Management.
Responsibilities include:
The Marketing Campaign Planning & Prioritization Lead Analyst will assist in prioritization and delivery of all campaigns in every Marketing channel, as well as supporting the rollout of a new operating model and capacity management structure within the channel that will enable the overall organization to make the right tradeoffs while delivering against business goals.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, operations, controls, and channel execution. Tight partnership with peers and leadership across Marketing, Lines of Business, as well as all operational teams is required. This job requires strategic thought leadership and the ability to understand various business priorities to translate these into an actionable plan of record enabling transparent handoffs and the agility to respond to changing business dynamics.
