Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Director of the Institute for Music Leadership and provides essential programmatic and administrative support for the IML's operations and initiatives. Working in close collaboration with the Director and Assistant Director, the Program Manager coordinates and manages key operational functions including grant administration, event and program logistics, the Eastman Gig Service and Job & Opportunities Board, student worker oversight, and departmental financial processing. The role ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the IML office and contributes to the effective delivery of programs and services that support Eastman students' professional development and career readiness.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
