Our Life Sciences Supply Chain practice helps clients to transform their end-to-end supply chain to be patient centric and an enabler of growth.

What would you do?

Most of the team works on one or more projects at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on multiple priorities across client accounts. At a Principal Director level, it could be:

  • Lead sales origination and project delivery in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing with a focus on PLM and digital CMC

  • Support sales and delivery of business and technology transformations by utilizing deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, data as a product, knowledge graphs, data lineage, and AI-enabled business and technology transformation work

  • Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond including upstream R&D and downstream commercialization

  • Manage business development opportunities end to end to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients

  • Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients

  • Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement

  • Bring effective communications to manage senior level client relationships and deliver with excellence

  • Effectively manage networked consulting organization to influence diverse stakeholders to help support worldclass delivery across technology, management consulting, and Data/AI teams and skillsets

  • Own PLM and CMC thought leadership efforts across Life Sciences, bringing deep industry expertise and perspective in settings small and large

  • Provide point-of-view on Life Sciences technology vendor landscape and value levers for PLM tools as well as broader technology ecosystem relevant to Life Sciences development and manufacturing

  • Create PLM, product development, product launch and data management thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences

  • Pathway to practice leadership roles both in North America and globally for PLM and CMC reinvention services

Travel - candidate should be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations

Basic Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience scoping and delivering Life Sciences transformation and technology advisory solutions and services across the value chain and across multiple modalities

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience at a management consulting or strategy consulting firm

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience
