Senior Manager, Content Services

Description -

Leads HP’s Print content strategy, delivery, and governance, ensuring content is accurate, AI‑ready, and globally scalable. Accountable for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of HP‑approved content, including in-box content, translation and localization, used by customers, support agents, and AI‑powered experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content & AI Enablement

  • Own Print content strategy and roadmap.
  • Ensure content is structured, modular, and metadata‑rich for AI consumption.
  • Enable GenAI use cases with human‑in‑the‑loop quality control.
  • Act as content owner across GBUs, Support, and Digital teams.

Governance & Quality

  • Lead print content governance, approval, lifecycle, and retirement.
  • Ensure technical accuracy with GBUs, SMEs, and quality teams.
  • Enforce HP standards to mitigate customer, legal, and brand risk.

Translation & Localization (T&L)

  • Own the translation and localization strategy for print and computing support content as well as for print in-box content.
  • Partner with vendors and regional stakeholders to ensure linguistic quality, consistency, and scalability.
  • Define language prioritization aligned to customer needs and business impact.
  • Oversee quality, cost, and turnaround of AI‑assisted and human translation workflows.
  • Drive adoption of automated AI-assisted translations.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Influence in a matrixed environment and represent content strategy at leadership level.
  • Use metrics, insights, and customer feedback to guide prioritization.

Required Profile

  • Strong background in structured content, taxonomy, and metadata.
  • Experience enabling content for AI‑driven and global consumption.
  • Proven leadership across content and localization ecosystems.
  • Data‑driven, quality‑focused, and comfortable operating in change.

  • Translation is efficient, scalable, and quality‑driven.
  • AI initiatives succeed because the global content foundation is strong.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in project management, or a related field.
