About the Role

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a IT Asset Management, Assistant who handles the IT asset and inventory management.

Report to: Manager, IT Security and Asset Management

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Function: Information Technology | Department: IT Security and Asset Management

Type: Individual Contributor

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle daily request of User about IT asset.
  • Administrate IT asset control records, IT inventory system. Conduct periodic IT Inventory count.
  • Process IT asset requirements of Users, handle IT asset stock.
  • Monitor maintenance contract, prepare purchasing request to buy IT goods for inventory.
  • Work with finance and other departments to update status of IT asset. 
  • Perform other responsibilities & duties assigned by CTO, IT Governance, Principal in order to meet business requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT, computer science, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of IT experience in inventory/stock control field.
  • Attend to details with solutions focus on internal user request.
  • Customer service orientation
  • Good communication skill to effectively work and cooperate with internal users.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to pass on information clearly to users.
