As an Operations Specialist you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here’s your chance!

You will be leading local operations projects and working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.

• <point>Hands-on supply management - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of driver and fleet acquisition, conversion, activation and retention</point>
• <point>Review core metrics, form bonds with key partners and execute your supply, demand and investment strategies</point>
• <point>Creating, optimizing or even removing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the smoothest way to run operations, solve challenges where others turn away, and influence the way Bolt is going in the future</point>
• <point>Taking ownership over projects which contribute to our overall market performance and operational efficiency with the main goal to get Bolt rides in Vietnam to the next level</point>

• <point>You have 3+ years of experience in Operations, Startup or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytic tasks</point>
• <point>You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese</point>
• <point>You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, yet are not afraid to get your hands dirty if needed</point>
• <point>You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently</point>
• <point>You thrive in a fast-paced environment</point>
• <point>You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen our value proposition to ensure supply growth</point>
