The Westlaw Student Brand Ambassador Program is designed to provide students who are passionate about law school and legal research with opportunities to develop their leadership abilities while gaining practical experience in marketing and sales. The program allows for flexibility around your class schedule so you can participate without compromising your academic commitments. You will have the opportunity to meet other students who share your interests and make connections within the legal community. You will also be able to build valuable professional skills that will help prepare you for future careers.
About the Role
- Support the marketing team through event planning and execution, including creating posters, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns; assisting with set up and breakdown of events; and providing support during events.
- Provide customer service by answering phones, responding to emails, and helping customers with technical issues.
- Assist with data entry tasks such as updating contact lists, maintaining databases, and tracking inventory.
- Collaborate with colleagues on projects related to product development, marketing materials, or other initiatives.
- Represent the brand ambassador program at campus events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Engage with faculty members, administrators, and students to promote products and services.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of products and services.
About You
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Able to work independently but comfortable collaborating in a team environment.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate classes and other activities.
- Demonstrated interest in law school or legal research.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales preferred.
