We’re looking for a thoughtful, collaborative, and forward-thinking Solution Consulting Manager to lead a dedicated team of Solution Consultants, Architects, and Value Consultants passionate about Adobe Firefly Enterprise workflow and Creative AI offerings.

In this role, you’ll help craft how some of the world’s most creative and influential brands use AI to transform the way they work. You’ll partner closely with Sales Specialists, Product and Engineering teams, and Forward Deployed Engineers to support customers through the entire lifecycle—from early discovery to long-term adoption.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on guiding others, brings clarity to complex problems, and knows how to connect technical possibilities with real-world business value. You’ll lead by example—rolling up your sleeves when needed and crafting space for your team to grow, succeed, and innovate.

What You’ll Do

Lead and Empower a Team

• Support, coach, and grow a diverse team of Solution Consultants, Solution Architects, and Value Consultants supporting enterprise AI and workflow opportunities.

• Foster a team culture grounded in curiosity, inclusion, collaboration, and shared success.

• Join strategic customer conversations to help shape vision, build trust, and guide solution alignment.

Drive Customer Outcomes

• Guide the team to capture and frame use cases in ways that support clear implementation pathways and meaningful results.

• Help define solution approaches, identify risks, and outline the steps needed to drive success.

• Advocate for standard methodologies in documentation, solution design, and internal collaboration to increase consistency and scale.

• Define and construct customer-specific, executive focused business cases focused on ROI metrics and outcomes.

Partner Across the Business

• Work closely with Sales Specialist front line managers to strategically deploy your team, and support opportunity strategy, aligning technical engagements with customer goals.

• Collaborate with Value Consulting and Digital Strategy leadership to surface measurable impact and inform customer decisions.

• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth transitions into delivery, setting teams and customers up for long-term success.

Be a Thought Partner and Trusted Voice

• Represent the Firefly Enterprise vision in customer briefings, internal enablement, and public forums.

• Share insights across teams to inform roadmap decisions and go-to-market strategies.

• Bring a passion for innovation and a practical approach to everything you do.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of experience in solution consulting, technical pre-sales, delivery, or enterprise architecture—ideally in a SaaS or platform setting.

• 4+ years of experience leading or mentoring others, with a people-first approach to leadership.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with a range of collaborators, including technical teams and executive decision-makers.

• A well-rounded combination of critical thinking and operational execution—you are adept at making connections and rallying others.

• Experience working with creative tools, content workflows, or AI-powered platforms is a plus, but not required.

• A desire to learn, grow, and help others do the same.
