Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Manager, Creative to join our Dedicated Delivery team at Walmart. As the last mile delivery team, Dedicated Delivery plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently. Our team collaborates cross-functionally with E2E delivery teams and partners closely with product and tech teams to develop innovative capabilities and products that drive Walmart's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Storytelling and Simplifying Messaging: Develop and convey clear, compelling stories about our operational capabilities and programs through various media, including PowerPoint presentations and graphic design, for executive leadership consumption.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content and presentations.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with multiple teams within and outside of Dedicated Delivery to understand their capabilities and how best to showcase them. Foster strong relationships to ensure alignment and cohesion in messaging.
  • Navigate Ambiguity: Effectively gather and interpret brief and technical information from operational leaders to create impactful and relevant content.
  • Innovative Presentation: Create a combination of great graphics and leadership-focused content to effectively communicate our value and success stories to Walmart's executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of proven experience in creating compelling storylines for brands, particularly in the retail sector.
  • Strong background in generating content that convinces customers or leadership of the intended messaging.
  • Expertise in graphic design and content creation for business operations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and graphic design software.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 1 year's experience in interactive design,
editorial content management, or related field OR 3 years' experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field.
