Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor junior team members. - Conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards are met. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and integration. - Experience in developing plugins, workflows, and custom activities. - Knowledge of web services, JavaScript, and SQL Server integration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines. "As an Integration Developer, you will be responsible for analysing customer requirements for data integration. Designing, building, testing, and implementing required integrations using best fit tools. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architecture and Integration is required. • Develop and implement CRM integration solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration • Provide technical expertise on CRM architecture • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes As a Dynamics 365  developer, you'll use your advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to design and develop effective solutions. Your day-to-day activities involve analysing client requirements, developing technical designs, and collaborating with project teams. Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle. Extending Dynamics 365 CE." Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
