Role Description 

At Freewheel Media, we focus on outstanding customer service and delivering on our advertiser’s goals and objectives using a combination of media knowledge, advanced analytical tools, and access to unique dataThe Sales Assistant/Coordinator is responsible for partnering with Salesperson and Account Manager to providing necessary support to drive maximum revenue for Freewheel Media across a defined client listThis includes reporting, billing reconciliation, customer service and being detail oriented. 

 

Job Responsibilities 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Support the pre and post sales process using our various systems, like Sales Force, Looker, Tableau and proprietary software. 

  • Support campaign reporting, billing reconciliation, campaign ordering, client facing templates using presentation and spreadsheet software and generally support the sales organization. 

  • Provide validation of campaigns through screen shots and other supporting material. 

  • Perform research on prospective advertising agencies and advertisers using tools including ComScore, Simmons, iSpot, MediaRadar and proprietary data. 

  • Help ensure campaigns are set up for success, both technically and in alignment with client expectations. 

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.  

Preferred Skills 

  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)  

  • Problem Solving 

  • Good communication and presentation skills 

  • Detail Oriented 

  • Preferred Majors: Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Communications 

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university  

  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027)  

  • Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating) 

  • Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025 

  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs 

  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Compensation

Base Pay: $30.00
