Client Group Business Operations lead partner with MU Client Group leads, MU DOO and as trusted strategic advisors, enabling them with data-driven insights to grow the business and drive profitability for our company, clients and shareholders. You will

  • Support the business leads in establishing the mission, vision and goals to align with business and operational objectives.
  • Program manage the implementation of the strategy within the Client Group, support to the CG Leadership in executing the CG growth agenda, driving operational excellence and supporting their P&L management accountabilities. 
  • Establishes and manages the governance structure including preparing and facilitating all recurring leadership meetings and business reviews.
  • Assist CG Lead to manage monthly and quarterly performance metrics, identify and drive key revenue and profitability uplift actions across the CG as required.
  • ·       Act as business integrator, collaborate closely with different business functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal teams to facilitate smooth business operations to achieve business priorities, campaigns and initiatives planned. 

    ·       Work collaboratively as a team across business operations professional in the MU.  Work with MU Bus Ops Lead to ensure that business operations and related work teams are coordinated and have clear strategies and approaches in place to support the CG and MU initiatives.

    ·       Develop and improve standardized operation processes, drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization program for operational processes, managing critical program dependencies.

    ·       Lead/support continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics and trainings based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from stakeholders.

    ·       Use, develop and oversee implementation for best practices/assets of our global organization in accordance with global directions and rules; develop operational excellence initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.

    ·       Manage business operations risk and issues across the CG.

    Support other CG and MU initiatives as they arise.

Must have:

·       Bachelor’s Degree & post graduate diploma Engineer or Business

·       Project and organization management skills

·       Finance Management skills

·       Strong communication skills

Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives
