  • The advisor prepares client deliverables including customized cash flow and other specialized financial reports for clients upon request.
  • The advisor performs analysis on special projects to assist in determining the best option to present to the client.  The advisor then creates presentation materials to clearly convey the recommendation to the client.

  • The advisor provides strategic consulting advice to the client, sets goals and initiatives, prioritizes those initiatives, and provides cash flow, financial, charitable, wealth transfer, risk management, and tax planning advice to assist the client in achieving those goals.
  • The advisor is responsible for the overall management of the client service experience and the client team. The advisor assigns tasks to team members, facilitates communication, develops strategies, determines value-added services, manages deliverables and timelines, reviews all deliverables, coordinates with outside service providers, supports trustees or other family office staff, determines meeting schedules, and spearheads special projects.
  • In preparation for the client meetings, the advisor will convene team meetings, review any outstanding items on the task list, review all documents to be presented, and assign roles for the upcoming meeting.
  • The advisor also participates in prospect meetings with potential new clients. The advisor is responsible for collaborating on the assessment of the prospect’s needs and the development of the strategy for the presentation, preparing the presentation, and meeting with the prospect.
  • The advisor proactively looks for new business opportunities.
