We are seeking a dynamic Soft Services Executive . This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all soft services operations including cleaning, catering, security, waste management, and other support services to ensure optimal facility performance and client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

Service Management

Oversee daily operations of soft services including housekeeping, janitorial, catering, landscaping, pest control, and waste management

Develop and implement service delivery standards and procedures

Monitor service quality through regular inspections and client feedback

Coordinate with multiple service vendors and contractors

Vendor & Contract Management

Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs)

Conduct vendor performance reviews and implement improvement plans

Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective service delivery

Source and evaluate new service providers as needed

Client Relations

Act as primary point of contact for soft services-related client inquiries

Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews

Handle escalations and resolve service-related issues promptly

Prepare and present service reports and performance metrics

Operational Excellence

Develop and manage soft services budgets and forecasts

Implement cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Maintain accurate documentation and service records

Team Leadership

Supervise and coordinate soft services staff and contractors

Provide training and development opportunities for team members

Conduct performance evaluations and manage workforce planning

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field

3-5 years of experience in facility management or soft services operations

Experience managing multiple vendors and service contracts

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices

Understanding of health and safety regulations

Budget management and financial analysis capabilities

Core Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Leadership and team management experience

Customer service orientation

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in commercial real estate or corporate facilities

Knowledge of sustainability and green building practices
