Job Summary:
The role of a Commercial Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing and driving the execution of commercial regional innovative business model from inception to completion, with a strong focus on commercial viability and market impact. The position focuses on leading channel innovation initiatives and driving business growth through the development of new regional commercial strategies, programs and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage commercial innovation projects, expanding and improving the business's presence in key commercial channels, ensuring timely alignment with business goals and optimal resource utilization.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Innovation Strategy:
Identify commercial channel innovation trends and opportunities that could impact the business.
Lead the creation and rollout of new innovative practices, services, or go-to-market strategies that enhance the business strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, product development and other functions to ensure innovation initiatives align with overall business objectives and can be effectively executed across different commercial channels.
Operation Excellence:
Analyze and map out commercial processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead the implementation of process improvements using methodologies to improve cycle times.
Develop and standardize best practices for commercial operations to drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data analytics and market insights to monitor performance across channels, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure the success of new innovations.
Compliance Management:
Assess the potential compliance risks of new business models or channel strategies. Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure alignment with legal standards.
