Job Description

Talent Requisition:

  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce planning needs and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles, from requisition to onboarding.

  • Coordinate job postings across platforms, conduct CV screening, and organize interviews with hiring managers.

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Talent Management:

  • Support the implementation of talent development programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

  • Collaborate on organizational development projects to enhance workforce capability and readiness.

  • Analyze talent metrics and provide actionable insights to improve talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Support the development and execution of the company’s L&D strategy in line with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) in collaboration with leaders, to identify skill gaps and future capability needs.

  • Develop annual training plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

  • Maintain accurate training records and reports for audits and regulatory inspections.

  • Monitor effectiveness of training through assessments, feedback, and post-training evaluations.

  • Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements for program design and delivery.

  • Leverage digital learning tools and platforms to enhance accessibility and efficiency of training.

  • Support organizational change initiatives through learning interventions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in recruitment and/or talent management, preferably in an aviation/MRO industry.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR compliance.

  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS) and data analytics is preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with a proactive mindset.
