Job Description
Talent Requisition:
Partner with department heads to understand workforce planning needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles, from requisition to onboarding.
Coordinate job postings across platforms, conduct CV screening, and organize interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Talent Management:
Support the implementation of talent development programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Collaborate on organizational development projects to enhance workforce capability and readiness.
Analyze talent metrics and provide actionable insights to improve talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Learning & Development (L&D):
Support the development and execution of the company’s L&D strategy in line with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) in collaboration with leaders, to identify skill gaps and future capability needs.
Develop annual training plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Maintain accurate training records and reports for audits and regulatory inspections.
Monitor effectiveness of training through assessments, feedback, and post-training evaluations.
Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements for program design and delivery.
Leverage digital learning tools and platforms to enhance accessibility and efficiency of training.
Support organizational change initiatives through learning interventions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in recruitment and/or talent management, preferably in an aviation/MRO industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR compliance.
Experience with HR systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS) and data analytics is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with a proactive mindset.
