What you’ll be doing
This position will be responsible for coordination and development of cash and self-service banking solution business and projects, primarily in the area of ATM/CRM (Cash Recycling), in Poland and CEE region.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily cooperation with Hitachi customers in Poland and CEE, collection of requirements and demand
Single point of contact for customers in Poland and CEE region in area of ATM/CRM
Coordination of communication between Hitachi Channel Solutions in Japan (product owner), local service (SLA) partners as well as software partner and sales partners
Preparation of RFP/tender bids in cooperation with HQ and partners
Preparation of delivery agreements with customers and suppliers/partners
Coordination of delivery process and maintenance period to ensure customer satisfaction
Development of ATM/CRM product expansion strategy in Poland and CEE
Management of operation risk and chain supply in area of ATM/CRM business
Monitoring of local regulations and requirements related to ATM/CRM products
Development of processes related to ATM/CRM business in Poland and CEE
Support for HEU PL’s sales and marketing activities in area of ATM/CRM
Representing HEU PL at marketing events in area of ATM/CRM
Introduction of new cash management solutions and software from Hitachi Channel Solutions
Close cooperation with local management, sales team, delivery team and Group support teams.
What you bring to the team
We’re looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision. The role will be a mixture of remote-hybrid work with days in the Hitachi Office.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and background:
Perfect written and oral communication skills in English (C1/C2). Other regional languages (e.g. Czech/Slovak/German) would be an additional value
Minimum 10 years of work experience at ATM market in Poland
Subject matter expert in area of ATM’s technical aspects, ATM business and service/maintenance of ATMs
Higher education
Negotiation skills
Proactivity, creativity and independence
Assertiveness
Skills in time management, prioritization of task and ability to do multitask
Ability to prepare professional documentation
Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
