Position Purpose

The Investment Analyst serves as a trusted business partner, providing advanced financial analysis, strategic insights, and investment recommendations to support high-impact business decisions. This role demands strong financial acumen, cross-functional influence, and independent initiative.

Top Candidates Will Bring

  • A degree in Accounting and/or Finance (preferred).
  • 4–5+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting; FP&A experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in investment or project analysis and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Summary Pay Range:

$112,710.00 - $169,060.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
