Want to join a fast-paced dynamic compliance team with global impact? Join the Global Marketplace and Ecommerce Compliance (GMEC) team for the world’s largest retailer.  The team is currently seeking a Senior Manager to support GMEC governance and strategic projects.  This role is critical to assessing controls and mitigating risk in the GMEC program by developing procedures, controls and reporting to help build a first-class Global Marketplace and Ecommerce Compliance program.  You will work with applicable stakeholders to help build new and enhanced controls, mature existing programs and ensure appropriate standards and controls are documented and monitored. You will lead and manage strategic projects for the GMEC team.

What you’ll do…

• Drive and mature the execution of the GMEC program by developing and enhancing standards and controls with input from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with and communicate information to impacted stakeholders, and monitor compliance controls.
• Develop and implement cross-functional solutions to mitigate risks and/or mature compliance programs.
• Execute specific Global Marketplace and Ecommerce Compliance objectives and while recommending and developing strategies for program improvement.
• Drive the execution of multiple projects by identifying cross functional compliance needs.
• Collaboratively develop implementation and contingency plans.

What you’ll bring… 

• 2+ years of compliance and/or legal experience. 
• Extensive project management experience.
• Experience creating presentations and communicating to executive audiences.
• Experience driving results and holding project contributors accountable.
• Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously and operating in a complex collaborative corporate structure with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience identifying and documenting risks and controls.
• Experience creating process maps and drafting policies and procedures.
• Experience working with compliance regulations, such as those overseen by the CPSC, FTC, DOE, EPA, FCC.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
