Manage a large program with multiple concurrent work streams, and focuses on several complex initiatives that address, implement, and apply HRO sustainment across the health system. Identifies major phases, implementation steps, success metrics, timelines, resource needs and potential obstacles.
Acts as a subject matter expert in Patient Safety, Systems Thinking, High Reliability Organizations (HRO), Just Culture and Quality Improvement. Uses these skills to foster the development of enterprise-wide HRO and serves as a subject matter expert for team, department and organizational initiatives supporting the broader enterprise program.
