Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various systems to ensure seamless operation. Your role includes continuous testing efforts focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression to maintain high standards. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in reviewing code, tracking defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the development and refinement of testing frameworks and automation tools.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including continuous testing and regression testing.
- Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts and automation strategies.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing practices.
- Ability to configure and manage test data and environments to support testing activities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
