Department Description
HL Learn, the global Learning and Development team, is part of the firm’s People function, and headed by the Chief Learning Officer, based in Washington D.C. Teams in each of the firm’s regions (Americas, Asia-Pacific, and EMEA) collaborate on global, regional, and local initiatives. The EMEA team is based across offices in London, Birmingham, Munich and Johannesburg, and supports the firm’s People strategy through a range of development programs, workshops, coaching, mentoring, online learning, and other career development activities.
Role Overview
The Learning and Development Adviser will be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of a range of skills development programmes and workshops for our lawyers and Business Team in the EMEA region. They will work closely with other members of the regional and global HL Learn team and other key internal stakeholders to develop, plan, coordinate and execute engaging and effective learning opportunities. They will also have the opportunity to facilitate training.
