Job Description

What is the opportunity?
RBC’s Corporate Access team provides a full suite of consultative and logistics services to bring institutional investors and corporate clients together.

What will you do?

  • Manage the coordination and execution of logistics for Corporate Marketing. This includes, but not limited to: client targeting, non-deal roadshows, group fieldtrips, site visits, seminars, conference scheduling, expert events, salesforce briefings, investor/corporate prep packages, feedback and sourcing venues.

  • Timely coordination and execution of Analyst and Corporate marketing events and Deal Roadshows

  • Partner with Sales, Research and ECM to set event objectives and identify investor targets. Create clear lines of communication pre, during and post event to ensure each event has a successful outcome.

  • Apply consistent global firm standards to deliver on-brand and seamless experience to clients

  • Prepare investor/corporate prep packages, investor profiles and other marketing materials, applying consistent global firm standards to deliver on-brand experience to clients.

  • Collect feedback post marketing events to drive a valued client-focused experience. Share content with Research and the Global Corporate Access Relationship Management team to generate more Corporate Marketing mandates globally.

  • Collaborate internally to increase the quality of RBC’s marketing pipeline

  • Partner with regional Corporate Access teams and trading globally to share knowledge, insights and identify opportunities to collaborate. Identify and actively connect events that have potential for shared purposes to maximize marketing pipelines.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives to support evolving platform

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Market knowledge and a demonstrated keen interest in capital markets

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

  • Ability to interpret, explain and communicate opinions and recommendations using strong verbal/written skills

  • Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and multi task

  • Problem solving skills

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$90,000.00 - $135,000.00
