Sales Support & Pre-Sales Coordination
- Assist Account Managers with pre-sales material coordination including product samples, mock-up material availability enquiries.
- Manage and maintain availability of selling tools, sample folders, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
- Monitor stock management of samples and merchandising resources across dealers.
- Maintain data, records, pictures related to marketing egagements and coordinate with regional marketing team for social posting and updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for any engagement events across India ensuring successful customer engagement and brand promotion.
Order Management & ERP Reporting
- Enter and process mockup orders in Salesforce / ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate order documentation and system updates.
- Coordinate & followup with account managers to ensure data hygiene and update latest status on opportunities.
- Follow-up invoices and payments for finished goods dispatch.
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting discipline across systems.
Shipment & Logistics Coordination for
- Coordinate with dealers and plant customer service teams for shipment documentation dispatch readiness.
- Work closely with dealers warehouse teams to ensure smooth last-mile mock-up delivery coordination.
- Track order & mockup shipments with logistics partners and provide timely updates to Sales and customers.
Commercial Operations & MIS
Prepare and maintain MIS reports pertaining to:
- Order status
- Dispatches
- Support reporting requirements for the commercial leadership team.
Ensure adherence to documentation and compliance protocols.
